How does the structure of the month work?

During the initial session, she will help identify your goals and guide you toward achieving them throughout the 30 days. Daily phone calls will be scheduled to help keep you focused. Following that, we will arrange sessions with our personal trainer and counselor. Over the course of the month, you will also be introduced to meditation to ease any anxiety you may have. At the end of the 30 days, you'll have a photoshoot with a celebrity photographer, accompanied by a celebrity makeup artist and hair stylist, along with a magazine photographer. You'll leave with pictures to mark your new life. During the photoshoot, you will be provided with the option of Botox or teeth whitening if desired.

Will I really lose weight?

Yes, if you follow the steps Tanya has laid out for you, we can guarantee a weight loss ranging from 5 pounds to a stone.

What do I get for my money?

Daily one-to-one phone sessions with Tanya, along with four in-person meet-ups.

Two meet-ups with her personal trainer for at-home or gym exercises.

One therapy session with Diane Swine, a counselor aiding you on your healing journey.

Two meditation sessions with Kitty, guiding you through how to meditate and providing you with useful tools for stress and anxiety.

Hair and makeup by her celebrity glam team.

Option for Botox and teeth whitening.

A starter pack including the 'Surviving to Thriving' workbook.

For weight loss support, we provide an eating plan, a tape measure, a portion control plate, and a waist trainer.

What changes will I see?

How do I get accepted onto the course as there are limited spaces?

Tanya only takes on a maximum of two people a month to ensure dedicated attention. Please register your interest by filling out our online form, and someone will be in touch within 48 hours.

Why do I have to give up alcohol during the 30 days?

To maximise your focus during the 30-day program, we recommend abstaining from alcohol. Our limited time together requires heightened concentration, and alcohol can negatively impact both your mental well-being and daily decision-making. Staying alcohol-free will contribute to a more effective and successful journey.
